HR & Recruitment Team

From your first interview to ongoing career development, this team ensures every staff member is supported and empowered.

Catherine Grey

HR Manager

  • Cornish born and bred, Catherine is a farmer’s daughter turned HR pro, with 25 years in the field—16 of those in care. As a Chartered Member of CIPD Level 7, she ensures everything runs smoothly at Kerensa while bringing warmth and passion to her role. When she’s not working, you’ll find her jive dancing, bodyboarding, or performing in amateur dramatics. She and her husband Mike share their home with two children, a fluffy Bichon Frise named Barnaby, and two mischievous Shetland ponies, Stanley and Reggie. What makes Kerensa special for her? The deep, genuine care—it’s more than a job; it’s a family.

Vicki Roberts

Recruitment & Training Administrator

  • Cornish born and bred, Vicki spent 12 years away before returning in 2007 to raise her daughter. With five years as a support worker and three years in recruitment, she brings both hands-on experience and a knack for finding the right people. Armed with a PTTLS qualification, she’s passionate about supporting others to grow. Outside of work, she’s Chair and Host of her local Walking Netball Team—proving that laughter, teamwork, and a bit of training go hand in hand! At Kerensa, she loves the family vibe, where compassion starts at the top and flows through every part of the team. Plus, life’s never dull with her dog Lily, tortoise Pebbles, and fish named Sunshine!
