HR & Recruitment Team
From your first interview to ongoing career development, this team ensures every staff member is supported and empowered.
Rianne Hargreaves
Recruitment and Training Administrator
-
Rianne started out as a paramedic in 2011 before switching attention to all things HR and Recruitment. Alongside her paramedic degree, and an AET Level 3 trainer qualification, Rianne is putting the finishing touches to her CIPD Level 5.
Rianne's met a Cornishman (now husband) while working on a cruise ship in Alaska and the two settled here in 2019. Mum to a daughter with Olympic gymnastics ambitions, Rianne spends most of her free time cheering her on at the gym. But when she's not there, you might find her practising the piano or training for pole fitness, where she and her best friend are reigning Southwest doubles champions.
Only having joined Kerensa recently, Rianne says she's already been struck by the welcoming vibe and is looking forward to everything ahead.
Vicki Roberts
Recruitment & Training Lead
-
Cornish born and bred, Vicki spent 12 years away before returning in 2007 to raise her daughter. With five years as a support worker and three years in recruitment, she brings both hands-on experience and a knack for finding the right people. Armed with a PTTLS qualification, she’s passionate about supporting others to grow. Outside of work, she’s Chair and Host of her local Walking Netball Team—proving that laughter, teamwork, and a bit of training go hand in hand! At Kerensa, she loves the family vibe, where compassion starts at the top and flows through every part of the team. Plus, life’s never dull with her dog Lily, tortoise Pebbles, and fish named Sunshine!
